On Saturday, May 18, NCBA will host its first MAD DASH 5K event.
There will be three races offered for the entire family on Saturday morning.
FUN RUN FOR KIDS (starts at 9:30)
No registration required. Free entry. Participation ribbon given.
5K RUN (starts at 9:00)
Registration required. Entry fee. Medals awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners.
MAD DASH CHALLENGE (starts at 8:00)
5K + swim & obstacle course: Registration required. Entry fee. Medals awarded for 1st, 2nd
& 3rd place winners.
There will be special music by Jamaican recording artist, Marq Johnson and Jamaican food offered by Jammin' J's.
It's a morning filled with lots of fitness, fun and fabulous food! Gates open at 7:00 am.
