Suicide and Self-Harm

Emotional immaturity and brokenness in today's youth not only lead to struggles with behavior and addiction, it can also lead to the hopelessness and despair that brings suicidal ideation and attempts at self-harm. Lack of sleep, stressers in their daily lives, social media and technology engagement, and a lack of interaction with family have all been shown to increase depression in young people. In the 2019 Youth Behavior Risk Factor Surveillance system, researchers discovered that 18.8% of high school students consider taking their own life with 8.9% attempting suicide.

There is a mental health crisis among teenagers in America today. We believe that a solution can be found in emotional maturity, restored family relationships, and breaking free from the chains of addiction and behavior challenges.

There is hope to be found as you seek the transformation that God can bring to your son's life!
